Manchester police/fire

MANCHESTER — Two cars on Route 128 south collided near the Pine Street exit Monday at 4:13 p.m. Beverly resident Zena Lane, 27, of 151 Bridge St. did not require medical attention. Joan Klics, 52, of 2 Atlantic St., Gloucester, refused medical attention. Both parties exchanged papers. The crash is being investigated by state police out of Danvers.

r Police received report of a boat vandalism around 8:30 a.m. yesterday. A number of dinghies at Manchester Yacht Club were untied from their moorings sometime between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning and allowed to drift. The club was able to secure several but are unaware of how many were set adrift. The case is under investigation.
