Incidents

An attempted break-in was reported at 28 Burnham St. at 5:22 p.m. Sunday.

A youth was hit in the face with a ball at Burke Field on Western Avenue at 6:03 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to Addison Gilbert Hospital for treatment.

One car was reported vandalized, and another broken into, on Willow Street yesterday morning. Another vehicle was reported broken into on Ferry Street later in the day.

Fire record

Patients were taken to Addison Gilbert Hospital from Acacia Street, Western Avenue and Middle Street on Sunday, and from Lobster Lane and Essex Avenue yesterday. A patient was taken to Beverly Hospital from Langsford Street on Sunday.

A small brush fire was reported around a payphone at the Hess Gas Station at 11:44 a.m. Sunday. The fire was put out with a garden hose.
