A Rockport woman had drunk driving charges continued without a finding.
Rachel J. O'Neil, 19, of 1 Ridgewood Terrace had her case continued without a finding for one year in Gloucester District Court. O'Neil also pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of alcohol and was ordered to pay $600 in court costs.
O'Neil was arrested in December after calling 911 when her car ran out of gas on Thatcher Road. When police arrived on scene, they found another vehicle slowly pushing O'Neil's from behind. The operator of the other vehicle told police she was just pushing her home. Police told the second driver to leave. When they talked to O'Neil they noticed that there were three empty beer bottles behind the driver's seat. O'Neil then failed a field sobriety test.
Michael F. Hanifan, 68, of 16 Columbia St., Gloucester, had misdemeanor breaking and entering charges dismissed.
Craig R. Young, 27, of 29 Atlantic Road, Gloucester, had malicious destruction of property charges dismissed.
Young was arrested in October after he allegedly damaged his front door following an argument at his home.
Heath Vachon, 26, of 135 Maplewood Avenue, Gloucester, had assault and battery charges dismissed.
Vachon was arrested in November after an incident outside of his home.
John Duggan, 23, of 3 Lighthouse Way, Gloucester, had charges of assault and battery, animal cruelty and vandalism dismissed.
