---- — Judge Joseph Jennings continued a drunken driving charge brought against a Rockport man without a finding Tuesday in Gloucester District Court.
Stephen Zelck, 39, of 207 Granite St., Rockport, was also assessed $600 in court costs and had his license revoked for 45 days. Jennings continued the charge without a finding for a year, and ordered the man to enroll in a drunken driving program.
Police arrested Zelck Saturday at 1:13 a.m. after they saw him parked over the center line at the Eastern Avenue lights.
Officers stopped him and ran him through field sobriety tests, which he failed and was subsequently arrested.
A Medford man charged with not paying for his cab fare had the charge dismissed in court on Tuesday.
Judge Jennings dismissed the charge on payment of $108 in restitution.
