---- — MANCHESTER — Town police responded to two power outages Wednesday morning.
Officers reported one outage on Forester Road at 9:40 a.m and the other on Overledge Road at 9:55 a.m.
Police responded to a Brook Street residence for a report of a possible breaking and entering incident at 11:58 p.m. on Tuesday.
Police and the homeowner, however, found no one in the house. The incident is still under investigation, but police determined that it was not a case of breaking and entering. No further information was available.
Officers responded to a 3:45 a.m. Wednesday report of a car alarm sounding on Elm Street.
Police found the car inside the Cross Towing tow yard. They entered the yard and deactivated the alarm.
