Gloucester Police/Fire: City man faces warrant, restraining order

Gloucester Police/Fire

Police arrested Peter G. Luoni, a 27-year-old Washington Street man, on two outstanding warrants Thursday about 10 a.m., after learning Luoni was living at a Main Street apartment, police said.

Police also served Luoni with a restraining order during the booking process and brought him before court on the outstanding warrants.

Elyse K. Mason, 27, was arrested on a warrant at her Corliss Avenue home Thursday about 9:41 a.m., according to police. Police transferred Mason to court custody.

Daniel Kariores, 43, was arrested on a court warrant at his Spring Street home Thursday about 11 a.m., according to police.
