GLOUCESTER — Police arrested Mark McGlinchey, 21, of Marshfield Street on drunken driving charges Friday about 9:17 p.m., according to police.

Police made the arrest after a person reported an erratic driver. No further information was immediately available.

Police arrested Timothy M. Fulford, 26, of Alpine Street, on Main Street on two outstanding warrants Saturday about 2:23 p.m.

Police arrested Joseph L. Curcuru, 38, of Cleveland Place after the man was allegedly involved in a fight on Prospect Street near the Sunbanque Gloucester tanning salon Sunday about 3:14 p.m., according to police. Curcuru was transported to county jail Monday morning.

Police arrested a Roxbury man in Gloucester on charges of violating a restraining order Sunday about 3:24 p.m. Francisco J. Montalvo, 37, was arrested while violating the order on Veterans Way. Montalvo was transported to county jail Monday morning.

A Marble Street man was driving on Blackburn Circle Sunday about 5:38 p.m., when his vehicle spun out and left the road, striking a chain link fence, according to police. Police said the man was uninjured and police helped him remove his vehicle from the snow. Police also noted that the roads were icy at the time of the accident.

Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority employees repaired the railroad crossing gate on Washington Street, after the gate became stuck in the down position Sunday at about 7:04 a.m., according to police.

Cable wires fell under the Route 128 overpass near Exit 14 Sunday about 1:32 p.m., according to police. Police said the wires fell onto Essex Avenue because of ice and snow damage. Officers notified Verizon.

Police dispersed a “loud group” of people outside of the House of Mitch Saturday about 1:05 a.m., according to police.
