---- — MANCHESTER — A pair of separate infrastructure problems were reported to the Department of Public Works Monday, according to Manchester police.
Shortly before 1 p.m., a Smith’s Point resident called about water bubbling up from the ground.
Then, at around 3:30 p.m. water was coming up from a manhole on Pine Street. The DPW responded to both sites.
Police diffused a verbal argument between a mother and daughter on Magnolia Avenue on Monday at 7:20 p.m.
A storm-related parking ban was issued due to the snow forecast shortly after 8 p.m. on Monday. Five related parking tickets were issued throughout Manchester as of Tuesday morning.
