The town of Manchester has a total of some 500 streetlights, but town officials don’t have a count as to how many are not working, or where some of the non-functional lights are. The number of lights that are reportedly out was misreported in a story in Thursday’s edition on the town’s agreement with National Grid to install a new conduit and restore power for streetlights along Rosedale Avenue.
