Manchester Essex Regional School Committee, 7 p.m., Manchester Essex Regional Middle High School. Review of fiscal year 2014 budget proposal and public hearing, subcommittee reports, recomendation to approve warrants and other financial matters.

Friday

Library Trustees, 11 a.m., Manchester Library, conference room.
