Rockport Police/Fire: Gloucester man charged with OUI

ROCKPORT — A Gloucester man is facing multiple charges after police arrested him on Beach Street on Saturday around 2 a.m.

Police said 20-year-old Eric Eaton of Knowlton Square was changing a blown tire on Beach Street when he was approached by police.

But officers charged him with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a minor transporting alcohol and an driving with an open container.

On Friday at 1:28 p.m., a female Curtis Street resident was transported to Addison Gilbert Hospital.

At 4:26 p.m. on Saturday, a Millbrook park resident was transported to the hospital.

On Sunday, at 3:37 p.m. a female Evans Way resident was transported to Addison Gilbert Hospital.

Also on Sunday, at around 5:30 p.m., a female was transported to Addison Gilbert after having fallen on High Street.
