Manchester Police/Fire: Woman reports theft of purse

MANCHESTER — A woman filed a report with police Friday at 11:23 a.m. after learning that her purse had been stolen from her car on upper School Street.

Police are investigating. It was unclear Monday whether the car was locked at the time.

The Department of Public Works was called by police and asked to sand streets and roads throughout the town at Sunday, both 5:22 a.m. and then again at 5 p.m.
