Rockport Police/Fire:Delivery truck draws police call

ROCKPORT — Police received a complaint about a delivery truck blocking High Street Tuesday at 10 a.m.

Officers said the driver was spoken to and the vehicle was moved to the side of the road. There were no citations issued.

Monday, at 12:39 p.m., police notified Verizon about low hanging wires on South Street.

At 2:45 p.m. Monday, police checked an Old Garden Road residence after a burglar alarm sounded. Police found the area to be secure.
