---- — Police responded to a parking lot off Railroad Avenue after receiving a report of a drunken man in a van at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police found the man and said he appeared intoxicated, and the man said he had two beers earlier. But police put him through field sobriety tests and he passed.
A Rocky Neck Avenue resident called police at 7:39 p.m. Wednesday to report that a car parked outside a restaurant hadn’t moved in the past few days. Police said they would check back to if the car was still there in another three days .
Officers responded to a reported domestic assault on Riggs Street at 9:46 p.m. on Wednesday, and found a couple arguing. Officers, however, calmed the people down and advised them of their restraining order rights, according to the police report.
A Banjo Way resident called police at 12:17 a.m. to report that people were looking through cars on the street. Police searched the area, but did not find anyone.
