Rockport Police/Fire

ROCKPORT — A former Dunkin Donuts employee was arrested at the Railroad Avenue store Friday on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Corrina Shatford, a 17-year-old Squam Hill Road resident, was attempting to pick up her final paycheck about 4:10 p.m., and grew angry and began to “cause a scene” when she found out the check was unavailable, according to police reports.

Police, after receiving a call and arriving on scene, asked Shatford to leave the shop, but Shatford refused, according to police. Police said they arrested the teenager and she tried to pull away and run.

Police told a Hodgkins Road resident to lower noise from loud music and power tools Sunday, after receiving a complaint from another person about 10:34 a.m., according to police.

A Pools Terrace resident reported a raccoon had entered his house through a hole in the screen door Sunday, according to police.

The raccoon had left when police arrived after receiving the report about 11:46 p.m., according to police.
