---- — A 42-year-old Great Hill Road man accused of yelling at random people on Stacey Boulevard while “highly intoxicated” in the early hours of Sunday morning pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct Monday in Gloucester District Court.

Judge Ellen Flatley, finding Perry Cook guilty on the charge, ordered him to pay $150 in fines and assessments.

A 19-year-old Veterans Way man arrested by police in June for disorderly conduct and being a minor in possession of alcohol, pleaded guilty to one count of a bylaw violation.

Judge Flatley found the man, Francisco Lugo, guilty on the charge and ordered him to pay a $100 assessment. Lugo faced an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in another case that was dismissed upon failure to prosecute.

Thailo S. Oliveira, 18, of Eastern Avenue, pleaded guilty to a charge of unlicensed driving and Judge Flatley found him guilty, ordering him to pay a $100 fine.

Police had stopped Oliveira when he was driving a car with a non-transparent plastic sheet over the shattered rear windshield in August. Oliveira presented police with a driver’s permit because he was not licensed.

Flatley also found Oliveira responsible for an equipment violation.

Judge Flatley also dismissed the following cases:

Samantha Silva, a 28-year-old Lynn woman, will see a charge of driving during a license suspension dismissed if she pays $100 in court costs. Flatley found Silva not responsible for a lights violation in the same case.

A 43-year-old Waltham man will see a charge of operating during a license suspension dismissed if the man, Michael Raymond, pays $300 in court costs.

Joshua Beyer, an 18-year-old Amesbury man, saw charges against him of assault and battery and resisting arrest dismissed upon failure to prosecute.

An assault and battery with a dangerous weapon charge was also dismissed against David Tupman, 18, of Caledonia Place.
