Charges of malicious destruction of property and assault brought against a Gloucester man were continued without a finding in Gloucester District Court yesterday.
Judge Joseph Jennings continued the charges against Jamie Kirton, 19, of 352 Main St., for a year. Kirton was also ordered to attend in anger management classes.
Police arrested Kirton after responding to a report of a disturbance at his residence in April. They spoke with his mother who said he had been screaming and breaking things in the apartment. Police found him walking near Flanagan's Square and arrested him on charges of destruction of property and assault.
