---- — The Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce’s 33rd annual $25,000 game hits the finish line Thursday night.
And Chamber officials say the chance tickets are running out as well.
The event, geared around a raffle that offers a total of $25,000 in prize money and a top prize of $10,000, also serves as one of the Chamber’s biggest annual fund-raisers and culminates in a reception and celebration Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at The Gloucester House.
Raffle tickets sell for $100 apiece, with three prizes of $500 each, six prizes of $1,000 apiece, and top prizes of $2,500, $5,000 and $10,000. Only 500 tickets are sold for the drawing, however, presenting good odds for the buyers, and only 50 tickets were left as of Wednesday morning, officials said.
The Gloucester House event will also feature food, live music and door prizes, and each raffle ticket admits two participants to the party. Ticket buyers, however, need not be present to win the raffle prizes.
