Manchester Police/Fire: Restaurant disturbance draws police

MANCHESTER — Police responded to a disturbance at The Landing at 7 Central Tuesday at 11:53 after a restaurant employee phoned police claiming that a man and a woman were banging on a window.

Police said there was no damage to the windows, and peace was restored.

Police responded to a report of a man passed out in his car near Pine and Pleasant Streets Tuesday just before 2:30 p.m., but officers said the man was sleeping.
