Police are seeking a warrant for a Level 2 sex offender who failed to register, as required by law.

Police said that Scott M. Clayton’s most recently registered address is 73 Witham St., and he is 52 years old. The police report does not indicate the charge or conviction that led to Clayton’s status.

Police removed a bumper from the Route 128 northbound roadway near Exit 12 Tuesday about 10:10 a.m.
