Essex Police/fire: City man reports false credit charges

ESSEX — Essex Police received a call from a Gloucester resident at 11:02 p.m. Tuesday reporting that suspicious transactions had been made on his debit card.

The incident occurred through a bank in Essex, police said, and the case is under investigation.

At 11 p.m. on Tuesday, police and rescue squads responded to a medical emergency at Chebacco Terrace; the patient, however, declined medical transportation.
