Gloucester: Buck the beagle was found starving and homeless and is staying with Mary Lou Maraganis in Gloucester until he finds a home. Maraganis is a woman active in recovering dogs and says that a Beagle's win in Westminster Kennel show is raising awareness of a breed too often forgotten.
