Daytona Beach, Fla. — Richard "Mully" Malvesti, 91, of Daytona Beach, Fla., died peacefully in his home on January 14, 2013. He was born in Boston on May 31, 1921 to Mary and Louis.
Mully was predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary and two daughters, Carole and Marilyn. He leaves two sons, John of Maryville, Tenn. and Richard of Melbourne, Fla.; and a daughter, Diane of Revere, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mully was a World War II veteran, having served in the Phillipines and Korea and was a lifelong member of the American Legion, the AM-VETS, the VFW and the Elks. He loved the ocean and spent many happy weekends boating with his wife and friends.
ARRANGEMENTS: At his request, there will be no services. Internment will be in Cambridge at a later date.
