Barbara "Debbie" Potter, 85


West Bloomfield, MI — Barbara "Debbie" Potter, 85, died April 12, 2013.

Mrs. Potter was a charter member of the Thatcher Island Light House Association in Rockport, Massachusetts, and founder of North Farmington West Bloomfield Girls Softball. She is the beloved wife of 64 years to Daniel W. Potter; loving mother of Tim Potter and wife, Kathleen, Susi Cook and Steven Potter; dearest grandmother of Molly Potter, Steven Cook, Jr. and Amanda Cook; fond sister-in-law of Marshall “Bud” Potter, and wife Sally, ; and aunt of William and John Potter. Sadly, Debbie was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Meade.

ARRANGEMENTS: Visitation will be Tuesday, April 16, from 3 to 7 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 7 p.m., at the Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home, 23720 Farmington Rd., Farmington, MI.
