Salisbury — James Nathan Lane, 49, of Salisbury, died August 25, 2012 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington. He was born on October 31, 1962 in Gloucester, son of John Perry and Constance (Gould) Lane.
Raised and educated in Gloucester, he was a graduate of Triton Regional High School. During Jim's younger years he was employed by many local area farms before starting his career as a Plant Manager for North Shore Recycled Fibers, where he worked for 16 years. Jim had a love of boating, and was a fan of all New England Sports teams especially the Patriots. He also hosted an annual pig roast for family, friends, and coworkers, (who Jim said was the best crew he could have had).
Jim is survived by his wife Sharon (Kelley) Lane of Salisbury, parents, J. Perry and Constance (Gould) Lane of Aylesford, Nova Scotia, children, David Brewer of Gloucester, and Kimberly Dyment and her husband James of Salisbury, grandchildren, Logan Brewer, Tyler Mayberry, Hunter and Sierra Dyment, brothers John Perry Lane Jr. and Patrick Kevin Lane as well as several nieces and nephews. Jim was predeceased by his brother Frederic Lane.
ARRANGEMENTS: A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday August 29 at the East Parish United Church on Lafayette St. in Salisbury. Following the Service a time to gather will be held at the Church Hall. Burial will be private at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Twomey LeBlanc & Conte Funeral Home 193 High St Newburyport, MA 01950.
