Bill is survived by his mother, Cora Montez Brown, and his uncle, John Sutton of Gloucester, MA. He is also survived by his special cousins, Jim Lobel of San Diego and Margaret York of Gloucester, Ma. In addition he is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces along with many friends. Bill is preceded in death by his brother, Marlo Mamede, who was lost at sea, his father, William F. Mamede of San Diego, CA. and his stepfather. Ralph K. Brown of Gloucester, MA.
