Letter: Looking forward to a reborn Fort

To the editor:

As a former and always proud resident of Gloucester, and a person who misses beautiful Gloucester and the charm of this oceanside city, I am looking so forward to visiting in the near future.

I can almost not express how exciting it will be to have the luxury of booking myself into what might be the newest hotel for miles around!

I believe and imagine the business it will bring as well to the restaurants and shops in town will be absolutely incredible.

To think the spot on Pavilion Beach might once again be a beehive of industry and a gathering place for tourists and family and friends after so many years — 65 to be exact.

So let's not let this opportunity slip by. An exciting and positive venture awaits Gloucester, to say the least.
