To the editor:
John Arnold is a very capable, energetic Rockport native and former selectman with personal integrity, professional managerial competence and a "can do" attitude.
I enthusiastically agree with him that the position of town clerk must remain a choice for Rockport voters.
Help preserve the qualities of Rockport, too many of which are being eroded by those whose primary interests are to direct drastic changes too quickly without thoroughly investigating all the consequences.
