To the editor:
Here's a challenge to Essex voters:
Give the name of a single public official who has, in the last 20 years, initiated even a single measure that either increased the financial return or the townspeople's access to the water at Conomo Point.
I doubt that the Times' mail carrier will be overly strained by the letters to the editor in response.
