Lindsay Taylor Dempsey, daughter of Laurie (Bates) Dempsey, of Lynn, and the late Brian C. Dempsey, is pleased to announce her engagement to Andrew James Doherty, son of Frederick and Linda Doherty, of North Andover.
Lindsay is a graduate of Lynn Classical High School. She works as a hair stylist in Salem.
Andrew is a graduate of Dracut High School. He currently works as a mechanic for the United States Army, Fort Campbell, Ky.
