Jennifer O. Richards
and John P. Smulligan
Jennifer Olivia Richards and John Patrick Smulligan were married on June 7, 2008. A reception followed at the Ocean View Inn, Gloucester.
Jenn is the daughter of Linda Richardson of Gloucester. Pat is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Smulligan of Lowell.
Jenn graduated in 1999 from Gloucester High School. She graduated from UMass Lowell in 2003. She works as a Biology and Physiology Teacher at Lowell High School and at Camp Nashoba over the summer.
Pat graduated in 1997 from Lowell High School. He also graduated from UMass Lowell in 2003. He works as a Math Teacher at Lowell High School and at Camp Nashoba over the summer.
Jenn and Pat met as rugby players during college. Jenn now plays rugby in the women's league on the Middlesex team. Pat coaches sports at Lowell High. Both are avid skiiers.
The couple will enjoy a honeymoon briefly in Las Veags and then in Switzerland in February of 2009.
They reside in Lowell.
