Guitarist Billy McLaughlin closes his eyes as he plays during an interview in Minneapolis, Minn., about how he had to relearn how to play the guitar left-handed because of a neuromuscular disease known as focal dystonia. Focal dystonia is a mysterious ailment that affects about 10,000 musicians around the world.
