The fishing vessel Patriot sank early Saturday morning leaving two local fishermen dead, its co-owner and captain, Matteo Russo, and his father-in-law, John Orlando. During the search for vessel that morning, the Coast Guard tried to reach the boatÕs owners, but the files were outdated. Instead of getting Josephine or Matteo Russo, the Coast Guard reached Michael Walsh, the former owner of the Patriot when it was still the Danielle Marie.
