May 05, 2008 06:00 am A Bakers Island resident saw from across the harbor that something wasn't right. At 9:10 a.m., the resident called police to report that a boat had been turned upside down in the water off Boardman Avenue. The owner of the boat was still trying to pull it from the water later that afternoon, police said. No one was on board when the boat, described as a small cabin cruiser, capsized on the rocks. Police were able to track down the owner to notify him of the incident. r Benjamin Kilgore, 59, of 23 Pine St., Manchester, was arrested at 6:01 p.m. Saturday and charged with driving with a suspended license. He was also arrested on a warrant. Sgt. Todd Fitzgerald made the arrest on Bridge Street. r A bicycle was reported stolen from 36 Lincoln St. at 2:45 p.m. Friday.
