ESSEX - Police spotted two 14-year-old boys walking all-terrain vehicles down Western Avenue at 2:05 p.m. Sunday, and reminded them that it was illegal to drive the ATVs on the street.
r Officers said they saw two men dumping household garbage into a Dumpster behind a Main Street business yesterday at 5:46 a.m. Police said no charges have been filed, but the incident was under investigation.
