Extended Marine Forecast

From Merrimack River, out 25 nautical miles, to Plymouth, out 40 nautical miles, including Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary.

Today, northwest winds 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 20 knots, becoming west 5 to 10 knots late. Seas 2 to 3 feet.

Tonight, south winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet. A chance of showers in the evening, then showers likely after midnight.

Tomorrow, south winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming southwest 15 to 20 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Gusts to 25 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet. Showers likely in the morning.

Tomorrow night, west winds 15 to 20 knots, becoming northwest 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Seas 2 to 4 feet.

Friday, north winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming northeast around noon, then becoming east 10 to 15 knots with gusts to 20 knots late. Seas around 2 feet. A chance of rain. Areas of fog. Visibility 1 to 3 nautical miles.

Sunday, north winds 10 to 15 knots with gusts to 20 knots, becoming southeast 5 to 10 knots with gusts to 30 knots in the late afternoon and overnight. Seas 2 to 4 feet, building to 4 to 7 feet after midnight. A chance of rain in the late afternoon and overnight.
