MANCHESTER — Police responded to Summer Street at 1:48 p.m. Wednesday and arrested Robert Korszeniewski, 27, of 39 Wallis St., Beverly, on outstanding traffic violation warrants from Ipswich District Court.
r Police received a report Wednesday at 4:14 p.m. that a group of young people were vandalizing the bandstand at Masconomo Park. Officers responding reported that no vandalism was found and that the group was dispersed.
