ESSEX — Police received a report Monday at 1:35 p.m. from a National Grid electrical worker who said he was bitten by a Chihuahua on Kings Court. The man was not seriously injured and the animal control officer was notified.
r Police received a complaint Monday at 7:59 p.m. about excessive noise coming from construction equipment on Eastern Avenue. Officers asked the workers to stop for the night.
