MANCHESTER — Police received a report of a swimming pool in the middle of the Route 128 between the Pine and School streets exits at 12:15 a.m. Saturday. Officers moved it out of the road; no further action was taken.

The Fire Department received a report of a motor vehicle accident in front of Town Hall at 9:10 a.m. Saturday. No injuries were reported and both cars appeared to be in fine condition.

A Raymond Street resident called for medical aid at 3:25 p.m. Saturday. When members of the Fire Department arrived, the person refused transport to the hospital.

Police received a report of a 12-year-old who fell and possibly broke his or her leg at 7:19 p.m. Saturday at Smiths Point Road. Responders helped transport the child to the North Shore Children's Hospital for further evaluation.

The Fire Department received a call for medical aid on Andrews Avenue at 7:07 a.m. Sunday but the patient refused transport to the hospital.

One person was transported to Beverly Hospital at 8 a.m. Sunday after the Fire Department received a call for medical aid to Desmond Avenue.

A woman reported to police at 9:04 a.m. Sunday that her pocketbook had been stolen on a previous date from 195 School St. She had no further information about when it was taken, but she did say the pocketbook had no credit cards or money inside when it was lost.

Judith Bullard, 50, of 95 Summer St. was arrested at 9:04 p.m. Sunday on a charge of threatening to commit a crime through harassing phone calls. She was arraigned in Salem District Court yesterday morning.

Thomas West, 61, of 8 Moses Hill Road, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault at 9:08 p.m. Sunday. West was arraigned in Salem District Court yesterday morning.

The Fire Department responded to the police station for an injured person at 5 a.m. yesterday. They transported one patient to Beverly Hospital for further evaluation.
