Arrests

Matthew C. Daigle, 24, of 19 Friend St., was arrested yesterday morning and charged with disorderly conduct.

Daigle was arrested at 3:02 a.m. yesterday after police were called to a loud house party on Warner Street for a second time.

Stephen L. Mione, 30, of 105 Prospect St., was arrested Saturday morning and charged with domestic assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

Mione was arrested at 3:22 a.m. Saturday after police were called to the Little River for reports of a domestic incident on a house boat. When police arrived, they found that Mione had an altercation with a Gloucester woman.

A 16-year-old Willowwood Road boy was arrested Saturday and charged with domestic assault and battery. The boy was arrested at 1:53 p.m. Saturday after a fight with his sister.

Stephen Connors, 48, of 59 Prospect St., was arrested Friday night and charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery. No further information was available.

Incidents

Police responded to Turtle Alley on Washington Street on reports that the front window was broken at 12:02 a.m. yesterday. Police believe the window was vandalized, they have no suspects.

Police investigated a hit-and-run accident on Washington Street at 12:11 a.m. yesterday. When police arrived, a 19-year-old Saugus woman told them that a group of guys tried to pull her and a friend out of her moving car. The men, who were not identified, took off down Centennial Avenue after damaging the driver's side door of her car.

A large group hanging out in the middle of Oak Street was dispersed at 2:10 a.m. yesterday.

Police were called to Rocky Neck Avenue at 3:30 a.m. yesterday for a loud house party. Peace was restored without incident.

An East Main Street woman had a flower pot smashed in front of her house at 3:45 a.m. yesterday. No one was scene in the area.

Police dispersed a large group that appeared to be on the verge of fighting on Western Avenue at 12:08 a.m. Saturday.

A Pleasant Street man was transported to Addison Gilbert Hospital at 1:02 a.m. Saturday with head trauma after being involved in a fight. When police and rescue squads arrived on scene they found the 20 year old man lying on the ground. The victims friend told police that a group of people attacked he and the victim after being in a verbal argument the night before. Two suspects were identified but police later learned that one of them is currently in jail. The incident remains under investigation.

Police found an uprooted parking meter on Main Street at 2:25 a.m. Saturday.

Police were called to Prospect Court at 7:26 a.m. Saturday for reports of an assault. When police arrived on scene they found that it was a verbal argument. Peace was restored.

Police investigated a minor motor vehicle accident on Marchant Street at 10:15 a.m. Saturday. There were no reported injuries and both vehicles drove from the scene.

A Centennial Avenue resident reported to police at 10:55 a.m. Saturday that his vehicle had been vandalized sometime overnight while parked near the high school. When police arrived, they observed a dent in the hood and footprints on the hood and roof of the car. There are no suspects or witnesses.

Police investigated a minor motor vehicle accident on Farrington Avenue at 2:50 p.m. Saturday. Both parties exchanged information when police arrived on scene, there were no reported injuries.

A Beacon Street woman was transported to Addison Gilbert Hospital by rescue squad at 5:05 p.m. Saturday.

A Pine Street woman was transported to Addison Gilbert Hospital by rescue squad at 5:50 p.m. Saturday after a drug overdose. On the way to the hospital the woman told police she had taken 10 to 20 pills.
