Fish landings

Gloucester Seafood Display Auction

The Gloucester Seafood Display Auction handled 62,300 pounds of fish on Monday.

The average price per pound of the top five species sold:

Market cod: 27,100 pounds ($1.03)

Scrod haddock: 17,700 pounds (91 cents)

Large cod: 7,900 pounds ($1.20)

Haddock: 2,000 pounds ($1.67)

Large monktail: 1,400 pounds ($2.56)

Other landings

The Whaling City Seafood Display Auction handled 99,400 pounds of fish in New Bedford and 33,600 pounds of fish in Boston yesterday.

No landings were reported at the New England Fish Exchange Auction in Boston yesterday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 33,500 pounds of fish Wednesday.
