July 05, 2008 12:03 am MANCHESTER — A child was reported missing during the fireworks display at Singing Beach 10 p.m. Thursday. The child was quickly found and reunited with it's parents. r A car spun off Route 128 North at 10:30 a.m. yesterday. The two people that were in the car received minor injuries. The fire department transported one of them to Beverly Hospital. The car needed to be towed away. r During the Manchester parade, a woman fell off one of the floats and struck her head at 10:40 a.m. yesterday. A doctor in the crowd was able to examine her after which she declined further treatment. r Police received reports of numerous power lines that had fallen during the rainstorm Thursday night around 7:40 p.m. Wires fell on Harbor Street and Flatley Avenue, and on Lincoln Street pole also fell National Grid was notified. r Also during the Thursday fireworks, there was a road rage incident between a pedestrian and a motorist on Beach Street around 10 p.m. The driver had pulled out of their driveway into the street and the pedestrian, thinking that the driver was not supposed to be there yelled at him. r After the fireworks on Thursday the Department of Parks and Recreation reported at 10:30 p.m. that a potentially drunk man was in the Singing Beach Parking lot causing a disturbance. When police arrived they couldn't find anyone. r Firefighters responded to the report of an injured man on Singing Beach at 2:40 p.m. yesterday. The man had received an open compound fracture to one of his toes. The fire department was going to transport the man to the hospital but the man refused at the last minute.
