MANCHESTER — A 17-year-old was arrested Thursday. At 8 p.m. police pulled over a car that had a sticker indicating it failed inspection. Mathew Tobin of 4 Morgans Island Road in Beverly, a passenger in the car, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor. He was later released on bail.
A semiconscious woman was taken to Beverly hospital Thursday. Fire department EMTs transported her at 11:20 am from Hidden Ledge Road.
