MANCHESTER — Emergency medical technicians from the Fire Department responded to a medical emergency at 5:35 a.m. Sunday. They transported an unconscious patient to Beverly Hospital.
Orlando Carrion, 63, of 13 Edwards St., Beverly, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Saturday on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol and possession of a class D controlled drug.Patrolman Todd Fitzgerald made the arrest on Bridge Street.
