Arrests Police at 9:24 p.m. Sunday arrested Chara Hart, 33, of 201 Granite St., Rockport, on Washington Street after checking her driver's license and finding it suspended. Hart was charged with driving with a suspended license. Police responding to a report of a car striking a stone wall on Washington Street at Woodbury Street at 11:01 p.m. Sunday arrested a Los Angeles man who appeared drunk while trying to change a tire damaged in the accident. Steven Miramontes, 38, of 3205 Los Feliz Boulevard, Los Angeles, was charged with drunken driving and speeding. Police arrested a Manchester man Sunday at 11:33 p.m. on Hesperus Avenue after responding to a report that a pickup had struck a guard rail head on. Cory Sucharski, 30, of 50 Forster Ave., Manchester, was charged with drunken driving, negligent driving to endanger and a marked lane violation. Sucharski's Chevrolet pickup, which police said had heavy front-end damage, was towed. Incidents Police yesterday responded to Mason Street at 1:06 a.m. after receiving a report of a man pushing a woman off a porch. Police said the man had been awakened by a large group of young people fighting and making noise and had pushed one of them. Police said they intended to take criminal complaints against two of the young people for disturbing the peace and the man for assault and battery. Police received reports yesterday at 7:25 a.m. and 7:35 a.m. of mail boxes on Revere Street being knocked off their posts. There are no suspects at this time. Police yesterday at 11:46 a.m. received a report from a man who said gas had been siphoned out of the tank of his pickup truck on Pleasant Street.
