Essex Police/Fire

ESSEX — The police made a drug arrest Monday afternoon.

Manchester resident Kevin Laskowski, 37, from 5C The Plains on Old Essex Road was stopped at 2:04 p.m. for having an expired car registration. After he had been pulled over, police discovered that Laskowski possessed marijuana. He was later released on bail and was arraigned yesterday morning.

Police are searching for a Gloucester resident who violated a restraining order. The search began after they received a call at 3:06 p.m. Monday that the man had made an attempt to contact the person whom the restraining order protected. Gloucester police were contacted to help find the man but have so far been unable to locate him. The case is under investigation.
