MANCHESTER - Police received a report of a personal watercraft tied to a town float, causing it to turn over and sink in the water near Town Hall at 5:51 p.m. Thursday. The harbormaster had the craft removed by a towing company.
* Police received a report of a vehicle driving the wrong way on Route 128 north at 8 p.m. Thursday but could not find anything when they investigated.
