ROCKPORT - Police arrested Anthony Joseph Hilliard, 53, of 6 North St., Manchester, at 1:50 p.m. Thursday on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order after a woman came to the police station with a letter stating she had received an e-mail from him in violation of the order.

* Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at Whistlestop Mall at 2:13 p.m. Thursday. The driver drove his car into the brick wall to the right of a glass door at Brooks Pharmacy. No injuries were reported.Read this article in full with a
