Extended marine forecast

Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary.

Today, west winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming southwest10 to 15 knots with gusts to 20 knots in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 4 feet.

Tonight, southwest winds around 15 knots with gusts up to 30 knots. Seas 3 to 5 feet.

Tomorrow, west winds 10 to 15 knots. Gusts to 25 knots in the morning. Seas 3 to 5 feet, subsiding to 2 to 3 feet in the afternoon.

Tomorrow night, west winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas 1 foot or less.

Monday, south winds 5 to 10 knots...Increasing to 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 20 knots in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 feet.

Monday night, southwest winds 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 20 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet.

Tuesday, west winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming northwest 15 to 20 knots. Gusts to 25 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet. A chance of showers, then a chance of rain.

Wednesday, northwest winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming west. Gusts up to 20 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet, building to 4 to 6 feet. A chance of rain.
