MANCHESTER-BY-THE-SEA - Gertrude R. "Trudy" (Regan) Finlay, 88, wife of Robert Morgan Finlay, died Wednesday morning, Jan. 23, 2008 at her residence.
Born in New York on Dec. 22, 1919, to the late Charles G. and Florence (Allum) Regan. Mrs. Finlay was a graduate of Freeport High School in New York. Mrs. Finlay moved to Massachusetts and raised her family in Manchester-by-the Sea.
